I am 23 I have shown this red lesion having a singular red vein inside ( present on top of glans since last 12 months ) to 3 dermatologists. Till now they have said to observe for growth ( which it hasn't or has grown by 0.5mm maybe at Max). It's present regardless of my masturbation habits or duration. No pain or anything. All std negative. Just want to know could it be cancer ? If not any idea what it may be?
