Before a week i saw red tinny spots on my penil head.. one person suggest me to clean up with dettol.. i was cleaning regularly.. but after 2-3 days suddenly my foreskin started burning.. and became black after some time and dry also..when i pull foreskin back its burns... i am using cream on it. But not going good.. please suggest me

Never ever use dettol for such conditions. Want to ask u certain questions which can't discuss here
