Red spots in eye after fingernailscratch

About 7–8 hours ago, my fingernail accidentally scratched my eye. After that, I noticed two small red spots on the white part of my eye. There is a slight burning sensation, but I have no vision problem and no severe pain.

It’ sounds like a sub conjunctival hemorrhage , nothing to worry Use an antibiotic eyedrip ( moxifloxacin ) thrice a day for five days Don’t rub and scratch You will be fine The blood will dissolve by itself in two weeks
