Red spots and swelling in glans
I am having some red spots on my glans from last 2 weeks. Initially there was pain but now the pain has subsided. I feel There is swelling also in the glans as I am not able to retract the foreskin fully. I am applying Lobate Gm neo over it. But today I saw some rashes over it. They are like tiny tearing in the skin of glans. The skin has become thinner also.Which condition is it and how to treat it as the cream is having very less effect on it?
You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
