Around a month ago I experienced a painless red spot on my glan. Completely painless no itching just red spot then I applied common corticosteroid neomycin cream then it disappeared in a day but within a week I reappear on gland with more numbers of red spot on glans Please suggest diagnose 🙏🙏🙏
