I get this spot in my left eye very often . Whenever I take a bath I get this red spot which resolves after sometime. I have to study all day now and it is getting worse. With cold compress it gets quite better. But what it is and why it is occurring so frequently and how to treat it?

Pl use lubricant eye drops.pl use complex and minerals.Have nutritious diet and good sleep.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
