I have red spots on my penis head.and also have smelly smegma.i daily clean my penis bt the smegma comes as well daily.i don't have much problem with smegma bt red spots are also on inner side of foreskin......plz tell me how to treat it.

Hello Smegma formation is a natural process. It needs regular cleaning. Clean to avoid infection.
