I have just noticed small red/brown sores on my labia minora and around my urethra that look like scabs. It's painful to urinate and extremely painful wiping after using the bathroom. It seems like the red sores are producing a brownish discharge in my underwear. I'm 18 and have never been involved in any sort of sexual contact. What should I do?
