Had unprotected sex with my gf during her periods and after that i got red rashes on my penis head and it is painless and very rarely itch. its been 3 months not getting rid of it.i have used clotrimazole cream and even flu 150 mg tab but it is still not going. penis head skin becomes more reddish when i take bath or masturbate and there is also 3 -4 red tiny dots on penis head. can anyone tell me what is this???
