Red Rashes / Hives on body

My husband is facing a skin problem since last 4 days. He has large and small bloody red spots on his body in which ge feel itches too. We thought it could be measles however, none of the symptoms matches. We even took the another thought or chicken pox and small pox but Rashes doesn't look like that too. I am not sure but it seems to be urticaria
