Greetings. These could be pimples, but in many these may not be pimples at all. These could be pityrosporum folliculitis. This would require oral or topical anti fungal treatment . they could also just be kp like lesions, esp on arms. however it's best you see a qualified dermatologist near you in your city so that adequate treatment may be prescribed.
