My penis head gets red with irritation almost once a month and also on days whenever I skip bath and not able to clean it up. Attached is a pic when it got reddish. It does not pain much but there is irritation. I do not have suger, BP or any kind of permanent ailment. I do have thyroid and take thyronorm daily.
