Sir/Mam I am having red patches on lateral and front side of my tongue from past 2 -3 months. These patches come on and off and also with mild fever. There is also mild pain on Tongue movements. They are coming after every 10-15 days from last 3 months. First fever comes with change in taste and then fever subsides in 2-3 days and then these patches appear . I have posted image of tongue as well. I took finasteride and minoxidil  for 4 months for alopecia. But i have stopped now since last 2 months. I also had sinusitis 2 years back and i am also allergic to cold. I have also taken both dose of covishield vaccine on 25th jan and 23 feb 2021.   Plz guide me regarding treatment for this.
