I am.38 married Male, had phimosis surgery 10 years ago. I am experiencing soft red  patches on my glans since a month now. Attached the pictures. I am not experiencing any itchiness. But these 3 patches are developing . I had no sex since few months. I am worried about these sores. Please suggest me some medication or what should I do next.
