I have developed red patches on my penil glan under the foreskin. Consulted urologist and general practitioner, they gave similar kind of medicine which cure the problem 99% but it reappears. The red patches developes within minutes after erection or masterbation. On erection the glan hardens and it pains. Kindly suggest what to do...
