Red patches on face

I have been having red patches on my face with a burning sensation and very much Red in colour. I had done a skin fragmentation in the same area of the face in 2005 after meeting with a bike accident. Also another doctor had prescribed face wash, sun screen and night cream to be applied after facing dry skin in that particular area of the face. Need help and consultation here
