Red patches on face after MNRF session

Hi Doctors, I have red patches on cheeks after doing MNRf session for acne scars. its been one month and still the red patches have not healed. Its was done at 1.5 setting. I am in touch with the dermatologist. Please let me know how long it will take to heal😢 also is there any effective treatment for this?
