Red patch in my left eye.

I've had a injury above my eye while playing and had done stitches for that injury.But today I noticed a red line in left most corner of my left eye.Other than that there is no symptoms.

it might be subconjuctival haemorrhage. however please share a close-up pic of your eyes.you may do cold compresses. it will resolve within 2to3 wks.
