There are some red painfull tipical ulcers , after having some spicy food something.Can't speak properly not so much.

Visiting a dentist and getting to know a cause for ulcer is very important. For time being and immediate relief you can apply Dentogel if ulcers are on tongue/inner lip/mucosa. Also avoid spicy and very hot food.
