Red lesion on foreskin

I have a red lesion on foreskin and same place on glans contacting foreskin. It's been there since more than a month. Only have minor itching and sensitive. No pain or other problem. I have been prescribed Cipro and later doxycyclline but no improvement.

We need to examine the lesions for better results. Could be fungal or zoom s balancers.
