My 1 year old daughter has developed a red patch below her neck area. She sometime itch around that part. The same kind of patch is also seen near stomach and thigh area. Can you please suggest what could be the reason behind and how to cure.

Regularly give oil massage and then bath with gentle baby soap. Apply baby cream / physiogel after the bath. Now over the rashes apply t- bact ointment twice daily for 3 days
