I have been suffering from a rather uncomfortable condition. The under/back side of my scrotum / inner thighs have been itching a lot lately. The skin looks like dry scaly skin and when itched falls off exposing a reddish underskin which itches even more. Sometimes a very bad odour also sets in and get me worried. However i have been washing the region with soap and also with antiseptic liquid from past 2 days. The odour has gone substantially and itch has reduced, but it still itches. Kindly guide!
