Red itchi spots in hand and leg

I am observing red medium sized itchi spots in my hands and legs from past 2-3 days. I am already having medicine from past 2 months for itching and rashes problem (however i can't see much improvement) But these red spots which I am observing now seems to be different from that. I am not feeling fever, cold or anything similar to that.
