Red eyes since 3 weeks

My right eye is red since 3 weeks. At the beginning it was red and inflamed. I started putting antibiotic drops containing Moxifloxacin for 1 week. My eye improved for 1 week after which it got irritated from the drops. Then I diagnosed my eye with the help of  Google and assumed it was "Subconjunctival Hemorrhage". Then I started putting artificial tears, "Tear drops". My eye was again showing improvement for 2 weeks. Since morning, my eye is very red ( just as much as original condition). Nothing I could do helps. I am attaching my eye's picture. Thank you! No doctor is available owing to coronavirus pandemic. Please help!

You need to tell whether do u have any difficulty in seeing or any glare problem? Does your eye feel itchy? U dont seem to have a subconjunctival hemorrhage at present. Start with eye drops FML - T, 1 drop in the eye, twice a day. Use it only for one week strictly.
Next Steps
If the problem doesn't subside within a few days, u need to get a detailed consult urgently. Do not ignore this condition.
Health Tips
Use this eye drop with caution. Just for a few days. If it doesn't subside with this eye drop as well, u will need to consult an ophthalmologist ASAP.
