Red eyes after covid recovery

April 14th my husband got covid.. he recovered few days back.. but 3days back..my husband got Little red spots in eyes.. actually he is not sleeping well from last 3 days and lot of work..he does not have any other symptoms..not any pain also..only red spots is it ok..
