My child had a red eye when he woke up this morning, yellow secretion was also there, could be sign of conjectivities ? Should I consult a doctor or wait for another day? Can you prescribe generic antibiotics drops, he is 7 years old and of 20 kg Thanks

Hello This could be due to conjunctivitis Try A.cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
