it's a allergic condition, affecting your upper respiratory tract and eyes. if it is recurrent the n there must be some allergen around you. try to find out by keen.observation by which things it gets started. avoid that and you will be alright. if not detected you can go to a tertiary pathlab and get the allergy testing done .and then get treatment accordingly. for time being you can use any antallergic eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. olopatadine.
