I have recovered from mild covid infection one month back. I have continued using vitamin tablets. Since 3 days, one of my eyes is red. Used refresh tears for 2 days, but no improvement. Attached a photo. Any suggestions?

Helo Mam Start Moxifloxacin eye drop three times a day for 5 days. Also continue using refresh tears eye drop Add flurbiprofen eye drop three times a day for 5 days. If it doesn't get relieved in 5 days then consult ophthalmologist online or offline
