Hi Doctor, since last 2 days my right eye is red and having irritation in the side corner. Not much watering. I am washing it 2-3 days times in a day. Don't have any other health symptoms. Could you pls suggest me medicine here ?

could be due to allergy/ infection etc.. you can try putting some antibiotic eye drops, and see for 1/2 days , else best to see eye doc.
