Seems to be internal bleeding in left eye since this morning, no itchy feeling extreme redness in the corner of eye next to cornea.

I think there is subconjunctival hemorrhage causing redness ,&it will disappear itself within 2 weeks but you may use Tobrex eye drops till redness disappears .you should have shared photos.
