I want to know about my eye vision and blindness conditions and make spectacle for safety from laptop lighting during working on it

use lubricant ey drops 2to3 times daily and follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 2p minutes. don't face towards AC while  working. keep atleast 20 inches distance between eyes and screen.
