Due to dust, my left eye has become red and painful and swelling. Here I am uploading pic please advice eye drops

You can use eye drops refresh tears 4 times per day .if no improvement in 5 days show a ophthalmologist ,as it can be  a infection or inflammation which will require antibiotics and steroid that I can't prescribe without seeing you in person.
