Red dots on hands.

I'm seeing some small red dots on my hands (more on left) and few on my forearms from last 4 days. I don't know if its any mosquito bite or something else. There is nothing like any bump. It's pain small dots. No pain, nothing itchy. Also, when I press them they disappear and reappear. Please help. Thanks in advance.
