RED CHILLI IS HARMFUL IN THE SENSE IT CAUSES ACID PEPTIC DISORDER, RATHER THAN GREEN CHILLI.
GREEN CHILLI IS SAID TO BE ANTI CANCEROUS, LEAST AMOUNT IS NEEDED FOR TASTE,SO IT CAUSES LESS ACIDITY.
BUT NOW SHIMALA MIRCH HAS NO CHILLI TASTE BUT CAUSES EXCESSIVE ACIDITY.
