After I have sex, I get a bunch of red spots that appear on my penis head and also get these red spots on the skin below the penis head. These spots appear within hours of sexual intercourse and usually go away within 3-4 days. They are flat but slightly raised. I had an std test and was clean! These spots are embarrassing.
