Red bumps on my babys cheeks

Hello, My baby is 4 months old and have somehow developed little red bumps on his face...these are not very raised but looks like an infection or some kind of heat stroke. What should I apply on my baby's face to cure this. Pls help! Thanks, Manmeet.
