Red bumps on my baby girl legs

My 11th month baby girl is getting these red bumps. We make sure no mosquitoes in room and while making her to sleep, we cover her body with blanket as well. Please help me with the any skin cream or prevention.

Mosquito or insect bite or allergy? Apply coconut oil Soft clothes are advisable

I think some insect bite. May be other than mosquito. Wear full and soft cloth.
