Hi In the last 45 days I've been facing something unusual. I've been seeing a few completely painless red sorta spots/bumps once on the laft cheek and then on right and now on top and once under lip. But they themselves go away or sorta disappear anywhere in between 3-5 days. I also have medical anxiety which leads to unnecessary stress and fear of sevear illness. When it happened the second time on cheek I showed to an ENt but he said it's nothing and just gave a gel to apply
