This happened after nose piercing..today is 16 th day. What is this exactly? Is this only infection ? Im getting little pus when I bend this gold nosepin. What should I do to get totally healed without closing the hole. Please suggest. Your opinion is valuable. Thank you. Another suggestion can I apply tbact ? Wouldn't it react with gold nosepin ?

Remove nose pin. Avoid putting it if it recurs till it completely heals

Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT From the images, it appears that your nose piercing site has developed local redness, mild swelling, and some pus discharge, which suggests a localized infection at the piercing site. This is fairly common in the early weeks after piercing, especially when a metallic nose pin is kept in place continuously. Since you wish to retain the hole, the aim is to control infection without removing the ornament, unless symptoms worsen.
Next Steps
Continue with T-Bact application twice daily after gentle saline cleaning, avoid unnecessary handling, and monitor for worsening symptoms.
