I am 27 years old, and recently, I saw one small white bump on my penis (below the corona). I tried to scrub off the white bump, but it didn't get scrubbed, and it is still there. Then I scrubbed my entire penis head with a lufa (body scrubber), and since then, I see a red blotch (non itchy and not painful), which is spreading throughout my penis head on the left-hand side. I am attaching a picture of both the bump and the red blotch. Kindly provide some guidance as I am very scared.
