Red blisters on testicles stack

I have observed that I have red blisters on my testicles stack from the last 2 months now. And I have read about this on internet which states different opinions. 1. Kindly advise why it occurred 2. Do I need to worry? 3. What type of treatment or medicine should I go for?

They may be the infection of hair follicles , may be small cyst , may be eczema or fungal infection . Better to get them ruled out says Dr.Suruchi Puri an experienced dermatologist in west Delhi . According to that treatment can be done . Still if you need some consultation with the doctor I can very well connect and book an appointment
