Hello Doctor I am 30 years ,I was walking in our coconut farm I was bitten by some big red ants in my both foot . It pained for sometime then I applied castor oil. I see bitten area is swollen and little painful.continous  Itching in that area .wat should I do.? I have attached the picture .pls suggest.Thank you.
