Since last 1 day my right eye is red. I tried splashing water but it didn't worked. Could you please suggest me?

Hello I can understand your concern but it is very difficult to comment without examining you Redness could be due to infection, inflammation,dryness , allergy etc Kindly share photos of your eyes so that I may guide you better
