Red and irritative Rashes

On Friday we went to Tirumala on the next day evening my brother found 2 rashes in his chest. Now the rashes is spreading. Rashes is red color with irritation. He is worrying whether it would be a chicken pox. Since today is sunday all dermatologist are closed.

Hi. Greetings. This looks like an urticaria . it's allergic condition, not chicken pox. If an emergency, you could take a cetrizine 10mg tablet and visit the dermatologist near you or go to the nearest hospital. Usually dieting travel it gets triggered by outside food, etc...
