All around headache, this time prominent on the right side temple/behind the eye/back of head that is pulsating and lasts several hours- goes away and comes back. Sore/stiff neck and soreness on the right tonsil/lymph node area, chest tightness, shortness of breath, low fever, sort of feels like I am getting a cold but then everything goes away suddenly. Symptoms last a few days, and seem to appear once every month or so. So far they have come up 3 or 4 times in the past 6 months.

You seem to be suffering from migraine which is a common type of headache disorder. Sometimes it can have associated symptoms which you have mentioned. Usually treatment only during such attacks is sufficient
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist or neurologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
