Recurring piles

2022-11-26 02:39:40
In Jan 2022, i went through laser piles and fissure surgery and it was successful. Then saw another doc in my town in March , he told it was a good operation. Then now in Oct last week bleeding happened and I went for checkup and hemorrhoids are active was told. I have arithritis too so surgeon told connective tissue disorder kind of thing. Is it something serious because even a year before piles came back after such a good surgery from a reputed hospital.

All other surgeries except open hemorhoidectomy ( removal of piles) can lead to a recurrence.
Next Steps
Continue sitz bath , laxatives and diet control. Whenever you feel that these measures are not doing any good , you can opt for the open surgery
