I had 2 missed abortions in a row . First one was my first pregnancy and the baby stopped growing after 6 weeks 3 days. 3 months after that I got conceived again and this time I took proper care. But still I had slight bleeding around 12 weeks and after sonography reports showed baby with 9 weeks 3 days growth with no heart beat. I am advised to get a d and e this time. I had the same procedure done 6 months before as well. Kindly suggest what is going wrong and how can we pinpoint the reason
