Recurring Dandruff & Dryness Problem

2022-05-31 06:26:52
I have had a dandruff problem since I was 15 and have consulted various Dermatologists. I've always been prescribed with multiple medical shampoos and lotions and it leaves my hair more damaged/ dry. I don't colour my hair but I do smoothen them once a year. I'm really looking for some solution for the dandruff problem without any further hair damage.

Hello, dandruff is a condition of the scalp which needs to be controlled and maintained. There may be fluctuations with change in seasons and temperature. Hence use of a mild antidandruff atleast once a week is recommended to keep it under control. Anti dandruff shampoos are bound to make hair frizzy, use of a daily care mild shampoo and conditioner will always take care of it. Do visit the clinic for anti dandruff treatments, which will help to make it better.
