I have Balanitis since long, I've tried all cream and Tabs that would cure my problem, but that helps only for few weeks, I would Like to know I can Pull back my penis foreskin easy there is no pain whatsoever, Can I keep it back only ? Would it solve my problem ? I mean Guys who have circumcision how do they deal with the open glans.
