Getting mouth ulcer on the same spot again nd again on soft palate .It heals in two days and comes back again .Taken rebagen for 1 month ,taken multivitamin tablet,zevit ,taken sm fibro applied kenakort and zytee on ulcer .It heals and comes back again .It is triggered with tea and spicy food .What to do now.

Could be due to stress and spicy food. Can take multi vitamin supplements

You are suffered from apthous ulcer. Long standing gastritis may manifest as mouth ulcer. Avoid spicy foods and stress.
